The Mayor and Robbie watch another Rankin-Bass joint. This time it's The Year Without a Santa Claus, which is cheap, repetitive, and fun as hell. We get really mad at Becky, Chip, Skip, and Kipper, and also at Bill Cosby, because we're still thinking about Ghost Dad.
